Websites for cafés
People pick a café on their phone, often while they’re already out: is it open, what’s on the menu, can I book, where do I park? We build café sites that answer all four before anyone has to ring.
Open, close and worth the trip
Most café searches happen on the spot. Someone wants breakfast now, or a table for Saturday with the family. They check the hours, skim the menu and look at the photos, often in under a minute, then go wherever looks right.
So we put your hours at the very top, set the menu out as real text with real prices instead of a blurry photo of the board, and make booking a table or ordering catering a short form. A menu in text is also something Google can read, which helps for searches like “breakfast Springfield”.
What people check first
- Whether you’re open now
- The menu and prices
- Where to park
- Dietary options
- Photos of the food and the room
- How to book
Each of these is on our Demo Café site, near the top.

See how it comes together
Demo Café is one of six made-up businesses on our demo site, built to show how we work: opening hours up top, the menu with prices, and table and catering bookings. See Demo Café live (opens in a new tab) or see it part by part.
Café questions
Can I change the menu myself?
With website care, send us the changes and we update the menu, within up to 30 minutes of edits a month. Seasonal menus and specials are usually quick.
Can people book a table through the site?
Yes. A booking request form comes with every site and lands in your inbox. If you already use a booking system, we link to it from every page.
Do I need online ordering?
Not always. Many cafés do well with a clear menu, opening hours and a phone number. If you want online ordering, we can connect a service you choose, and any paid add-on is passed on at cost.
